Cancellation Policy
- Broscolorsdesign accepts the request to amend the order after 24 hours of receiving it or is allowed to cancel with a satisfactory reason within 24 hours from the time of closing the order (as soon as possible contact us Email: boris@Broscolorsdesign.com).
- Order adjustment conditions: you can customize the error when ordering or replace the parameters you want within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
- Conditions for order cancellation: Please let BroscolorsDesign know the appropriate reason ( force majeure, special …) within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
- If the product has already been manufactured and has not been shipped yet but you still wish to cancel the order, a restocking fee of 20% (Not applicable to orders of customized, bespoke or personalized products) will be charged.

Shipping and Delivery
We know how important it is to receive your order when you expect it, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. We do our utmost to get your goods to you as soon as possible, and keep you informed every step of the way. Please be aware, that the watch straps we make are made to order. They have a processing time between 3 to 5 working days.
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring, we will contact you and work out a solution.
International shipping options are priced in Euro. If you are paying in a different currency, these values will be converted at the current exchange rate during checkout.
