Return Policy
BroscolorsDesign accepts product returns/refunds.
If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer support team via email address: broscolors@gmail.com to start a request.
- Term of exchange: 14 days from the date you receive the product or as soon as you discover the error when receiving the goods.
- Return Address: Contact broscolors@gmail.com We will review and send you the nearest warehouse address for your convenience.
Below are the conditions under which a return will proceed:

Conditions apply: Applicable to all products due to defects from the manufacturer BroscolorsDesign or if the product you received does not match the product you ordered in the order information. BroscolorsDesign always ensures the product you receive is the most accurate from the color and other specifications at least 90% compared to photos are posted – due to force majeure due to the actual material and light, the actual product has a deviation of less than 10%.

Assuming the product is made right to the order and without any defects, our returns, refunds and remake policy differs depending on each case:
- Straps in unused condition (no bending/crease, buckle tongue must not be put through the strap hole) can be returned for a full refund (less shipping fees) within 14 days of order receive.
- If the produuct is already worn/used, shows signs of use, is customized, has a personalized name, etc. We will have to charge a restocking fee of up to 80% of the product price, depending on the specific condition of the product, as is no longer in new condition and has personalized name so we are unable to sell the product as new. (within 14 days of receiving the order).

- Please pay shipping costs for returning the product
- The refund time will take 3-7 business days, calculated from the date of the receipt issued by your courier for the returned shipment.
- Please Include your order number in the package to allow us to track the package accordingly
- Your refund will be back to the original payment method
Remember: Before returning or refunding, contact us, and we will direct you to the right person or company. Every effort will be made to resolve the complaint promptly, fairly, and reasonably. We will work with our customers to resolve complaints that may include repairing the item, selling the item to salvage, or replacing the item.

How do I start a refund?
Simple - contact us at broscolors@gmail.com and we will help you out from there. Please make sure to send pictures or even videos of the product, so we can make the process as fast as possible for you. -
Do I need a receipt?
Proof of purchase is required to validate a return or exchange. Please include your order number (e.g. order #) or receipt in your email requesting a return. This way, we can issue a refund, store credit, or exchange that is equivalent to the original purchase price. -
When will I get my refund?
Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping and Delivery
We know how important it is to receive your order when you expect it, especially if you have ordered something for a specific occasion. We do our utmost to get your goods to you as soon as possible, and keep you informed every step of the way. Please be aware, that the watch straps we make are made to order. They have a processing time between 3 to 5 working days.
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring, we will contact you and work out a solution.
International shipping options are priced in Euro. If you are paying in a different currency, these values will be converted at the current exchange rate during checkout.
